wrong medicine

Yesterday i visited a apollo pharmacy and i said i want blood purifier and they gave me Ayurvedic liquid bottle and that time i didn’t see what is that, i take three times of that medicine and today morning i saw they give me women medicine when women having a period and my stomach is paining. i want to complain against that men and they said apollo didn’t give any complain register or feedback register...

refund for undelivered product

non return of medicine

I was purchased a medicine, the name of DEPLATT 75 mg but I need DEPLATT A 75 mg . That's why, When I was going to shop for exchange my medicine with proper INVOICE they totally refused my proposal. They told me that we are not given to you any medicine or refund a money.

rs.852 loss for an insulin injection change due to the dr. changed the insulin.

But still in their ax software it's not updated that i am comfirm employee... Itz just showing probationer instead of confirm... I did not got my esic (Employees state insurance corporation) number too... Then how they r deducting my esic money since 1 and half year... Plz support...

Why all of a sudden its mandatory to give phone number for bills. The shop keep is saying he wont give give unless i give my phone mumber.

I am a registered allopathy doctor. I went to pharmacy for purchasing opox cv 200 tab. He refused first that it is not available. I came back and again went to ask when it will get available. He told he won't give without prescription. I told i m a doctor, i showed my hospital id. He told no. He told no, bring the prescription. poor service and untrained staff

I went to one of the apollo pharmacy for buying few medicine there were no customers i was only one the staff is so slow and careless instead of giving medicine he was talking on phone and can't able to generated bill and also don't know how to receive online payment. It's very sand and bad to say that the staff working in this branch on 03.11.2019 around 8:15 p:m are worst, neglect and lazy staff defaming the brand of apollo without any response, on questioning giving reckless answers and fighting with customers with high voice and pitch, don't come to our branch and asking to take video of conversation, for which i would like to complaint to the head of appollo branch and proceed legally with the footage...
