They don't send the customer a clear provisional Bill mentioning all the medicines ordered for the Customer to confirm that all the medicines ordered are being sent. I purchased green tea worth Rs 90 from apollo pharmacy, near tourist hotel, hyderabad. i found it to be just color water. It has neither taste nor smell of green tea. After preparing the tea, i sent a sample of green water (tea) to the shop also. The pharmacist refused to exchange or return the money.
