Respected Sir/Madam...

I went to one of apollo pharmachy store at thuraipakkam (opp to DB jain college) in chennai, and was waiting for more then 5 minutes, nearly 5 to 6 members (including myself) were came and asked the medicine but the store staff said NO STOCK... NO STOCK...

And from there I went to velachery (near vijaya nagar bust stop) in chennai apollo pharmacy store, at there too said the same NO STOCK......

Poor response

Poor response, demand was laid for certain tablets are follows

1. Cardiveta XR 25 mg . was regular usage .
2. Olmy-a and other tablets which was very important . the pharmacy was not responding properly . even we demand to issue . it was not provided when the stoke was there in list in computer, when we demand to provide the tablets, there response was go and complaint....

Extremely bad customer service experience. I was sold a defective vaporiser. I expressed my doubts while buying but was convinced by staff that it would work and asked me to return if there were issues It was not heating... I tried returning the next day .
