Dear team,
Sir i complain many times in service center (Shree amba bajaj at udaipur) about my self start problem but they didn't take any positive action. They only told me any time that the battery of my bike is fail so i game them all documents (Rc, insurance, warranty card etc.) to replace the battery but after that they mentioned me that the battery is fine. They repeat this process three times. But no positive response. First when the first service came. I complain in second service again but no action. I am very frustrated. Currently my bike facing same problem. Please do something..

    I bought avenger 220 street 2018 model on may 2018.in the last two months i am facing issue with self start. Whenever i try to start engine it doesn't happen. I have to try atleast 6 to 7 times minimum. There is no pattern as morning or evening, it happen all the time. I expressed my concern in the service centre. They refused to fix the issue and agreed this as problem with all avenger bikes. I felt really bad that i spent so much money to buy this one and facing issue at times in the middle of the road. Any assistance will really helps.

      My bajaj dominar motorcycle is 10 months old, i am based out in hyderabad. This is the 3rd time that coolant in my bike is mixing with other fluids/components of engine. 1st time was during 1st free service where the service center guys (Varun bajaj kondapur) mentioned that it is a sealant problem and replaced sealant without any cost, the coolant was mixing up with engine oil which is not at all good for engine's life. 2nd time was during the 3rd free service where the mechanic was unable to identify the problem, when asked the only thing he was able to say is "sir i cleaned all the parts and i cant find any mixing but still cleaned and filled the coolant, will check if this happens again. 3rd time was after 500 kms post 3rd service from the same varun bajaj service center at kondapur. Currently my motorcycle is at service center since 3 days for diagnosis and unavailability of sealants. I gave my bike on 21st december 2018 afternoon and today is december 24th 2018. I don't what to if the problem arises again with the so called power cruiser, when i can't even dare to go on long drive. There are so many youtube videos and complaints in other forums by customers on different issues. I demand bajaj to explain and provide a permanent solution for the problems. Instead of provoking other brands bajaj should first come up with a defect free motorcycle and then do those stupid tvc's.

      Update on my Coolant issue: Received my bike from service center the same day I registered complaint. Service center guys clarified that there is no issue with radiator or the engine head, it is the sealant and changed the sealant, as per the invoice only changes made are Sealant. After 2 days and approx 180 KMS the coolant level came down to low again, took my Dominar to Varun bajaj service center Kondapur again and had to wait for almost 2 hours where the manager Karthik advised the mechanic to check everything again, and post inspection we came to know that the drained coolant is consumed by radiator which is common. But still for the safer side the Head of Service Mr Ramdas advised to open the engine cover and inspect if everything is fine and asked the mechanic to top up the coolant. I have to visit the service center again after about 600-700 kms to change the engine oil for safer side as per service engineer. The service center guys were very patient enough to listen to me and Mr Ramdas head of service, assured that there is nothing wrong with my bike and they are always there to help in case of any issues. Thanks to Mr Karthik(Service Engineer) and Mr Ramdas (Service Head).

      Please note: By the above statement I am not concluding that the complaint is resolved, time and number of kms will only tell whether the problem is solved permanently. I will be updating the status soon post 600-700 kms.

            I have purchased the bajaj ct 100 b bike and using it for 1.5 years but the bike has some problem of shutting down completely during the riding sometimes when i try to overtake the bike shuts down.

            I have gone to the dealer and the service center to resolve this issue but every time the service representative tells me the bike is completely ok.

            I want to get it functioning properly.

                I purchased my bajaj bike Pulsar RS200 on 4/11/2018, INVOICE NO. VSI[protected], CHASSIS NO. MD2A55FY1JCF16820,
                on 21st December 2018 i had my first free service, well it wasn't free service at all, i had paid Rs940 on my first service, they cost me as follows-
                1) Bajaj DSTI 1000_SAE20W50_1L/101980 amount 480.01
                2) ENGINE FLUSH 50ML/2710B AMOUNT 280.01
                3) MOTO COOLENT AMOUNT 118.00
                4) OIL FILTER/8421300 AMOUNT 73.99
                TOTAL COST 940.00
                .
                I want to ask what why oil filter is changed within one month, even my bike runs only 200km from purchasing date, my friends oil filter change in around 6 month from purchasing date, coolent also changed but in my other bikes from home only engine oil was changed in first service, even they didn't informed me before changing these, nor they called after servicing, i almost did 15+ calls to ask about servicing, i am student and my exmas are going on, still make time to visit workshop for my bike, is this right way to deal with first service of customer ? i feel very disappointed with Torrent Bajaj workshop, i have many expectations with my new bike but if this kind of cost they give me then i will be most unluckiest person to got this costly bike. first service is about less amount of charges. i want to Short out my issue of this other wise I'll go to consumer forum.

                  I have purchase new bajaj pulsar 150 from sai showroom pune in june.18 month. Somebody remove my bike bike sticker, now i am searching for this original sticker of pulsar 150 but in pune no one is having sticker stock for the same.
                  Actually bajaj should provide this body stickers as this is mostly required by customer but no bajaj dealer in pune keep stock of the same. When i inquire about stock, they replies bajaj is not providing us stickers.

                    It's been 6 months till now, i'm facing problem in selfstart. When i visited the service centre regarding the selfstart problem they advised to claim the warranty or else it will charged for the service as well they gave me the service estimation around 4k.

                    When i went throught the service manual book it's says engine warranty is up to 18 months

                    Please advice me regarding above issue.

                      I’m a customer of an bajaj as200 since july 2015. Your product is really amazing and value for money and i appreciate it.
                      I had serviced my bike in khivraj motors for the last 3years which is in banaswadi (Bangalore) and had very very bad experience. I have no point of contact to escalate my issue apart from a person named abdul majid who is an workshop manager. And honestly he wasn’t helpful at all. Recently a new service centre for khivraj opened near my house which is just 1km away and i left my bike there for repair as i met an accident and claimed for insurance. There’s this branch manager named nagaraj and when i cleared my bill and took a test ride i realised that my bike is pulling me towards left and right and the handle is shaking and i knew that the mag wheel for my bike is bent since i met an accident and advised the manger to check and claim it with the insurance. But he forgot and when i went with the issue of pulling he argued that it’s all fine and has no issues, i went to the same service centre the very next day when he wasn’t there and a guy from the same branch took a test ride and made it clear to me that the mag wheel is bent and disc front is bent and i approached manager nagaraj and questioned him, he threatened me and the employee who works for the same service centre and chased me away saying it’s all fine. I reclaimed the insurance and told him to keep the bike with him as the surveyor will come and check the bike. But sadly he brain washed the insurance surveyor that it’s all fine and i’m gone crazy and my insurance was rejected for the second time. I wasn’t really able to use the bike as it was very dangerous to i managed to visit khivraj motors in kasturba road which is the head office and they diagnosed and confirmed that my mag wheel is bent on the front and also the disc on front is bent and needs replacement and i contacted abdul majid and explained the situation and he advised me to reclaim the insurance and i did that and icici lombard clearly rejected mine without hesitation as the second survey was already done and it was confirmed by the service centre manager that it’s fine and it has no issues. I asked abdul now why do i need to pay from my pocket for the fault your branch manager did? He simply said ask your insurance surveyor to give in writing that our manager confirmed that the bike is all fine then we will see if not pay from your pocket and get it fixed and there is no other way.
                      Today i confirmed them to fix it and i’m going to pay whatever the money it’s going to cost. Really the insurance is not to be blamed for this nor me as a customer. This is a negligence of the branch manager nagaraj and his threatening to me. Just wanted to let you know this is because your products are amazing but the service is poor as less than 1star and i wouldn’t suggest bajaj to anyone because you are good at sales but not at keeping up the standards when it comes to service and the worst thing is there is no higher contact than mr abdul majid for khivraj motors and it’s turns out that he’s in this game too. I’m heart broken and wasted a lot of money, time and stress.

                        Even after sending the bike (Avenger 220) for service and telling the battery problem. The bike stoped after the 2 day and the bike was not serviced at all. Even after complaining about the same to company they send the employee after two days (Who charges rs100 for each visit) and he took us to the place where he told the battery parts are replaced.
                        Their the person told that the battery will go for claim and the other battery will be placed for the moment until the claim is accepted. They will just deposit few amount which they return back when the claim be done and new battery is changed. The company manager was also not cooperative at all.

                          I went to service centre nearby about 1km from my house anmol auto care mittal bldg chandannagar nagar road pune 411014 before 4 months 20 08 18 i also have carried original bill for reference to show to them. They checked my bike and said that cdi is damaged even though it is genuine carries no warranty or guarantee. I agree that most of sealed electronic components do not carry warranty or guarantee but they are and must be consistent and durable which is therefore recommended and preferred for replacement. And also customers like me will blindly rely on it. Therfore i agree about all terms and conditions of company. But i just want to ask experts of your company is it not the duty of the service person to check the factors affecting the cdi before replacement especially wiring coils plugs whatsoever are responsible for it's damage and that also when i tell them to do so? No but they ignored to my suggestions just replaced made my bike to start and let me go. I also believing on them paid the charge 1000 ₹ and left the place but after some weeks it's fuse started blowing may be any reason i replaced it at any local service center because it blowed any time and anywhere therefore it was not possible always to reach there and obviously how could it be you also know it very well. Therefore finally after it blowed for many timesi carried the bike to the service centre where the cdi was replaced. There they said me the cdi is damaged than i asked them the reason they said your wiring is cutted at many places and also not covered or insulated at many places. Now i want to ask you is this the way of service of service centres which are named as an authorized service centre and that also when myself very well know that as my bike is old and there may be any possibilities of harming it but still ignored and due to which i have face it's breakdown many times and anywhere. And also a loss of time and money as well. Therfoe it is my request to you to please understand my complain and take necessary steps you think lawful or let me know my mistakes regarding my communication with the authorized service centre.                             I need gear dibbi of banaj chetak wonder gear . Please tell us the cost. I am in possession of the Bajaj chetak 4 stroke wonder gear scooter since 2003.                               I had levied Bounce charges by your end of Rs. - 413 for the month of December 2018, which due date is 6th Dec 2018, But on that sufficient amount available in my Saving Bank account.
                              if bounce charges is incurred then my bank had also charged me bounce charges.
                              But bank is not charged any charges, But the Bajaj Auto Finance levied me bounce charges when my account have sufficient balance.
                              I request you please clarify this issue and wave off my bounce charges.

                                Worst service from this station, after bike servicing here started all major problems in my bike, battery become changeless, oil leakage started from engine, engine overheating, they used burned oil to chain bcz of this i have changed my chains-pocket (Oil become full dry in all area including chains gourd), clutch plate problem, they will not check even battery grease. Totally worst service.in this station they will speak very smoothly with customer that is the reason people will prefer here but friends please think about your bike before going.

                                  I purchased bajaj ct-100 alloy 4month ago
                                  From, s-1 upper ground floor, phase ii, okhla industrial area, new delhi, delhi 110020
                                  I get worst experience in my first service and also get worst & cheap experience in my 2nd service
                                  When i go for my first service i submit my bike 11'o clock and hi gave me bike 6.30 and when i try to ride bike 40km/h and suddenly automatically slow and shutdown and no start all fuel gone then again re-visit and and complaint then after 2hr resolve my issue and 2nd experience washing my bike but dust is not clean and my fuel switch loose my patrol drop continuously all patrol goes down he said i cant u have to check lots of issue m facing this service center i want to cancel the licence immediately from this service center poor and cheap staff hire for

                                  My bike was damaged on the service period i submitted QC Three times more but they cant rechange the parts but they closed my QC that parts was changed but they cannot changed the parts. Services are very worst in sayar motors. If they cant change the parts i ll return my Bike on the same service centre return my money...

                                    I purchased Bajaj platina motorcycle on 04-07-18, from Raja motor, sirsa(HR). I faced some problem in clutch and gear after some days. Thereafter i went to the dealer for checking of clutch and gear and servicing of my bike, but i did not got any solution to my problem and i approached to Raha motors many times regarding same problem but still i did got any solution. Kindly provide me proper service so that my problem can be sloved.

                                      I purchased new bajaj avenger 180 cc from showroom.in the bill and quotation they have given insurance amt rs 9064. After delivery of bike today i have received my insurance copy for final premium of rs 7722.
                                      Where is that differential amount after enquiry, your showroom manager is telling that excess amount is taken by insurance and showroom as commision.
