unwanted calls and nuisance

Bajaj is calling everyday atleast 4 - 5 times and disturbing alot, inspite of asking them to remove the number from the list still they are calling on day to day basis.
They will call atleast 5 times on a working, sometimes when we are in urgent meetings at office thewy call us continuesly even we dont answer the call.
Request to kindly take proper action...

more than emi amount deducted from my account

I purchase a new phone from bajaj finserv loan no. 400mpddz631806 on six emi basis emi amount is rs. 2750/=per month for six months. Starting two months amount rs. 2750/= have been deducted but in april i received a message from bajaj finserv that your emi is rs. 3231/= instead of rs. 2750/= then i call to bajaj finserv executive and said about extra emi amount then he checked and told this is insurance amount then i told him already i purchased...

bajaj finserv transaction declined

I have used my card once and its now almost 3-4 months my card is blocked i dont know why i am paying my dues on tym with bajaj. When ever i am asking for a valid reason they are saying the same thing again and again as given below

Transaction on your bajaj finserv emi card ending 8001 has been declined as the card is blocked in line with our policy.which you need to do nest transaction after 60 days.

amount of 117 ecs being debited each month

deducting money for product insurance which we didn't opt for

We have purchased laptop through bajaj finance on emi. As per the requirement we made some down payment and emi started. In starting only the product amount emi was deducted from our bank account. After few months extra amount started to deduct. When we reached them, they said that it is for insurance of product. But we didn't...

bounce payment related issue against cd loan

This is very serious issue. Even after paying the bajaj EMI properly and already had the discussion with grievance redressal team the bajaj finance people are still calling for the payment to which the waiver is already made. Many times i have updated the recovery department but in a very pathetic way the executive talks and disconnects the calls.

During call disconnecting they use some slang and humiliating...

amount of rs. 2356 is be debit from my bank account

I have been charged of Rs. 450/- every time I miss my EMI payment, my due date is 2nd of every month & past two month I have been paying the same timely still on June 11th, I was charged Rs.350/-
Later on June 12th charged Rs.885/-
on 14th June again of Rs. 413/- & again on 20th June 354/- twice (Total Rs. 708).

The total amount deducted is of RS. 2356/-

I tired reaching customer care number several...

I have taken 3 loan from card.. and on continuesly basis I paid all the EMI regularly on time..today I got msg from Bjaja inserv that your card is temporary block due to in line with credit policy.. now what is the issue at this time.. if I am using your card continuously and paying all the EMI on time...
