rain water charges issue

The rain chargers is still displaying on my bill even after submitting prof for installation of rain harvesting equipment.
When i approached the bwssb with acknowledgment which they had provided, the irresponsible behavior.
Shame on government to have such kind of managers and co workers. Finally issue is not resolved, i had to pay my chargers shame on bwssb and the manager his ward no 14. Bagalagunte....

received another bill with one more rr number from bwssb - kr puram iti

I received another bill with one more rr number from bwssb - kr puram iti office, i do not have this meter in my home, all the charges show as 0 and total it shows 6639, inr, i am not sure why i want to pay this much amount which i not received any connection, meter for this rr number
Please help to get rid of duplicate billing.

bwssb bill discrepancy for rrnumber e-402385

inadequate water supply

I am a resident of nagavarpalya in c v raman nagar. The cauvery water is supplied to the area once in a week (To be precise, friday night 2am to 5am)
In the last 2 weeks even this supply is is not proper. The pressure is totally inadeqauate resulting in low storage which lasts for only 2 days
