This is to inform you that we are facing problem of pollution of atmosphere at #1, priyadarshni commercial complex, tank bound road, ulsoor, bangalore. We the residents of krr lay out didn't get water since past one week. We approached ms uma as well as mr. Narayan samy, the concerned staff no of times but to no avail. There is no fixed schedule for release of water. They release according to their whims and fancies. And we are at their mercy. Please

This is to inform you that we are facing water problem since 8 to 9 months, already we get water only the alternative day ..and the day when the water is left, it's left only for 2 hours with very less pressure only 1/4 part of our sump is been filled which is not sufficient for 2 days and we have to take alternative to fulfill the requirement that is pay for the watertanker twice in a wèek.

We the residents of 2nd cross dr tcm royan road chaluvadipalya didnt receive water from past 1 week. We've complained several times to the guy (Subbaiya) who taps water to our division didn't listen to us and let us in trouble with no water.

We request to the concerned authorities to take appropriate action on this issue.

Hi madam/sir,

Our consumption does not exceed more than 10000liters in a month but the meter reading shows that our consumption is 49000litres. We are getting a very high billing for the usage for the last 6months. Please recalibrate the meter asap. (Earliest). Our current billing is 1159. But our ideal billing amount is 500 rupees.

We have even observed that the meter runs even when there is no flow of water....

On 3rd cross church rd, marappa garden, muni reddy palya (J. C. Nagar) where my house is located bearig door #56, there are 2 chambers one opposite below the staircase (Steps)& the other above the staircase (Steps) which divides this 3rd cross into 2 sections, the sanitary overflow occurs almost every time there is rain or blockage on the church road.

I booked a complaint on 6.6.2018 on your helpline
Even after repeated quries no action is taken. Nasty smell is emanating from the dirt collected. During these rainy days because of the filled culvert the whole road gets filled with storm water...

The drain pipe near auto stand aecs layout is damaged and the drain is overflowing, also there is blockage of the drain pipe inside because of which there is a return of drain into our premises (Hotel ganesh bhavan)
There is a serious health hazard to the residents, complete drain is returning in pipes and entering our basement area. Request your kind self to check into this issue and clean the clogged drains and broken pipes...

This is to bring to your notice that i have a faulty water meter. We get water once a week and that too for very less period of time which is not sufficient even for a day. We depend on water tankers to supply water by paying 700/- every week. Our layout officials at last had to take drastic measures as were not getting water on regular basis. Now i have got a bill of rs 1000/-. Why should i pay when i have not got water. Please...

Public sewage water from 2nd cross road at simhadri layout, uttarahalli, leaking from chambers and mixing to our sumukha simhadri springs apartment basement sumps and bore well under ground water. It causes many heath issues to our residents and also we sent the bore well water to laboratory, there is bod and cod presence in report.

Due to the sewage chamber block the sewage water is draining out at the joint of the pipe, as there is a pores in the soil the sewage water drained from the joints is passing through the pores and coming out in the drain, so as we are the resident in the location we cannot come out of house due to the dirty smell. The sewarage pipes were cleared in my neighbourhood may be due to blockage nearby for which bwssb dug up the earth near my house and have left the pipes open for last one week, the sewarage is getting seeped into earth and may get seeped into watertanks. With the monsoon set in the situation is becoming worse as it will start flowing onto road and sometimes into low level garrages. The health of senior citizens are getting affected badly.br...

There is not water in my full building (3 floors) from yesterday, 30th may. There are 3 offices running here and there is no water in the toilet or kitchen. Please come and check this now. It's very urgent.

Since last 5 months, there has been no cauvery water received to residents of doddanekundi area in bengaluru. May be same in the case of entire bengaluru. But bwssb is saying minimum water charges and sewage charges. This is ridiculous answer. We are already paying sewage charges which is collected by bbmp in property tax payments every year from each flat. So, where is this money being accounted? Its corrupted.
