BWSSB - Excess Billing on an empty building

Address: 20 Lilli Lane, Dental College Main Road, Munekolalu, Marathahalli, Bangalore - 560037

Sir/Madam, RR no: E-229071, Customer name: Shreekantha Rama, The house is empty for past 6 months but I have paid Rs.4245- each month. Since there are no tenants and no usage how come BWSSB is charging us excessive amount for their services. Moreover, even though I have water connection, I don't get single drop of water to my house, yet I have to pay the bill.

All I can think of is that BWSSB is cheating to their customer...

Sewage overflowing.

I am from Arekere Chamundeswari layout, Bannerghatta road, Bengaluru -76. The sewage chamber is overflowing in front of our house and is accumulated in the drainage, which is blocked everywhere. I am afraid, it can enter our underground water tank. Kindly arrange to get the line cleaned at the earliest.

In accurate billing

Se313463 - Prabhu N D Billing has always been in accurate for over last 5 years. They indicate fake meter reading and show very high consumption and charge exorbitant billing amount just because my senior citizen dad did not pay them any bribe.
