Dear Sir or Madam.
our water connection sanctioned on 19/Jul/2022. RR NO: N-137838.
we used to get once a weekly. Now from last10 days no water released.
kindly note, that we have reached the waterman MuneGowda at [protected], but he is saying, he needs atleast 50 connection to release the water. this is quite surprising for us to make 50 connections where the total house at our area is close to 20 only, out of which 15 had taken this connection.

Request you to instruct for the release of water or let us know to whom we should reach out to get the proper water at least once a week.

Supply of drinking water to our area is every alternate days. That is only for 2 hours in this prime area.
All Jayanagar area will have supple for the while day and why not in this prime area.
Request you to ensure adequate supply of water

Hi,
For the last one year the monthly water bill has been between Rs. 100/- to 150/- only. For the month of August we received a bill of Rs. 1491/-

There is very minimal water consumption currently in that place.
Can you please check and let us know the reason for this bill amount.

I have got a bill of 934 rs this month. It would usually be within 200. There has been no change in consumption

The sewage water from drain is coming out daily and overflowing for past one year. There was plan to add new sump from BWSSB to reduce the overflow but there is fix yet. We have filed repeated complaints multiple times . The affected apartments are crystal jade, Hoysala Jodidhar, Fortuna Icon and Nagarjuna Gardenia

Dear Team, There has been a recurring issue of sewage reverse flow into my home from the main sewage line (System) opposite to my home over the past few months. April 2022 & August 2022

Note#1: We have never had this issue before after residing over a period of 18+ years - RR number E-140357 (Mr. Henry)

Note#2: Jio network has laid there OFC on top of the Sewage line causing alot of inconvenience which we suspect as it could have damaged the sewer line

Note#3: Sand which is an enemy of the sewer system was removed from the chamber and the same sand found in our chamber at our home.

Note#4: Eyewitness told us that the chambers were overflowing during the incessant rains.

However, supporting us; we have engaged BWSSB team over a compliant and over phone who have supported us by having the system cleaned. however, it is still persisting and partial block as has been cleared. The block will reoccur for surely.

We had raised a ticket[protected]. However, only today the BWSSB team (Sewer Pressure Cleaner) inspected the system and found multiple block down the line. We had emphasized that this issue is recurring.

The block was so heavy that the line was just refusing to clear. So was our chamber. After several attempts.

Then we proceeded down the line and could not find an intermediate cover (Chamber) which has been buried under the asphalt.

Arrived at a cross road approx. 500yards away from our home and it was choked till the brim.

However, it seems that the main sewage system pipe dia is way overburden by the several connections. Hence, may I request the local resident engineer and a senior team to visit and understand the discomfort and unhygienic scenes we face.

Since we face this discomfort and other residents do not. please consider this as an escalation

According to CBSE grading system, marks between 61-70 should be given B2 but I got C1.

We have received monthly water bill of 17, 000 rs for july month, but on average it's just[protected], please resolve

My water meter is connected to the CMC public tap on the road and I have been charged 100/- every month for this. I do not use the water from the public tap and do not need this connection. Please let me know if I can submit a request by email to the concerned authorities to disconnect this and remove the charges from my monthly water bill.

Drainages are clogged. Water is not getting out of toilets.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am resident of Ramanashree Enclave, Someshwara Extn, Bilekahalli. We have more than 70 Houses in our layout. During Rains Storm Water from Main Drain running adjacent to Madiwala lake (near SNN Raj Lakeview) backflows into adjacent small drains and half of our layout gets flooded & water enters our homes.
This problem has cropped up since last 4 years after construction of RCC walls of Main Drain. From last 4 years every rainy season water is flooding is our area and this has created major problem for the residents
Request your good selves to seriously look into this issue and solve the problem of flooding in our area.
Hope you will do the needful on urgent basis.

The sewrage line connected to my house is blocked every week. Need urgent repair by the bwssb.

This is to inform that we have been facing the drainage overflow problem for a very long time and due to which the water isn't being descending and due to which we have a lot of issues. This issue is from very long time & already 8 to 10 times it has been addressed without permanent solution. Due to stinking smell & water over flow we are not able to come out & Kids and elders are having health issues due this toxic problems. Kindly request you to give permanent solution for this issue.

No CMC water since 15 days but it is being charged. There is no access to Cauvery water also since 1 month.
There's a lot of problem in this locality due to paucity of water. So please check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Kushagra Mishra and I live at Crosswinds Apartments.
Owing to the heavy rain in Bangalore, the apartments have started to get waterlogged and our backyard is already filled with water (image attached). The road leading inside the apartment is also water logged thus making it difficult to commute and even accept deliveries.
If the condition remains the same and the rainfall continues we are at a threat of our houses getting flooded and standing water creating health issues.
I would like to request you to help us in resolving this situation as soon as possbile.

request respective engineer/ official to address it ASAP to save drinking water

Water supply not proper

On new seavage pipe instalation time bwssb person damaged the cauvery water pipe, due to that water is flowing now

The rain water enters street and brings lot of Dirt and rubbish items. The water gets clogged and stays stagnant for a very long time and enters the sumps even for a medium rain
