Water problem

No proper water supply and even the line man who is incharge does not care to answer. Please take necessary action and get the person to atleast provide 2 hours alternate days .This is getting very difficult in summer where we have to get tankers which is expensive...

Payment Issue

I had paid a water bill amount of Rs. 3410.00 through BWSSB for the RR Number N-232380, Bill No. N[protected]. Amount got debited from our account but receipt not generated. Till we didn't get the payment update nor refund for the same.

Kindly update the status of the refund amount....

No water since 4 days

[17/03, 8:31 PM] S: Bwssb water supply is not there since 4days in Swyamprabha Kalyan mantap road. Bewssb AEE phone is switched off, kindly look into the matter. Today they have to leave water, still not yet come.

Very high water bill

Wrong billing

Address: #154A,Sristi,7th Main,Nobonagar,Bannerghatta Road,

Today the BWSSB meter reader wrongly read the meter reading as 00345 as against 00325 and billed me for 38000 ltr as against 18000 ltr.I had shown him the meter reading. But he could not issue a revised bill. However he assured that he will issue the revised bill for 18000 ltr after reaching the office.
Pl send the revised bill .RR no :VS300241.

Drainage overflow for the last 10days

There has been overflow of drainage water for the last 10 days and it's not being noticed by the councillor or an MLA even after multiple intimations. All the sewage pipes were removed which is causing the issue. Due to this, many children are getting affected....

CMC borewell not functioning and no one attending in Kaveripura, kamakshipalya

I stay in kaveripura, kamakshipalya near Baalenhannu kere park. The CMC water borewell pump is not functioning from more than 7 days. since many are solely dependent on this water source for all their day to day activities, I request humbly, The BWSSB department take up the this matter seriously and solve issue soon....

Water leakage from cauvery water line

I had complained about under ground water pipe leakage about 4 weeks back. I was also informed it shall be attended soon. But till date nobody has come. Whenever Calvert water comes it starts leaking.
There is continuous water flow & wastage.
Kindly get it attended on priority.
