No water supply from last 20 days

Hi Sir

I would like inform you that there is no water supply from last 20 days near OTC road Balepet 560053. We have registered a compliant many times but no luck. Raised a complaint also and they closed the complaint without any action (BWSSB[protected]. Everyday they are just telling that it will resloved by tomorrow but they are doing nothing

So request you to do the need full and help us to sought...

We wish to inform that the entire 13th B Main Road, B-Sector, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore- 560064 there is a totally neglected by the BWSSB, Yelahanka New town people in spite of several complaints made. It is ashamed that people are after money and especially this pandemic time and more of Sanitary bound VIRUS takes place is the main cause of Disease WE DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW BWSSB CAN IGNORE THIS COMPLAINT OF DRAINAGE BLOCK. Complaining about Sewage which is leaking from main chamber

Since more than a week the main sewage chamber on the below address mentioned is leaking which may cause Health issues for the people who is staying there.

In my house water meter is provided and there is no running of water from the meter..and I dont have rr number how to view the details of RR number...

Water tank over flowing

Wrong pipe connection given to sewage pit

My name is harish. I reside near to yelahanka maruthi nagar, Bengaluru-560064.

In our locality, we were informed to take Cauvery water connection by bwssb officials.

I logged into the bwssb web application.

I paid 100rs for the application and entered all the required details and submitted the application.

Overflowing Manhole

The overflowing manhole in our street is a qaurterly event. The illegal dumping of cow dung and other waste which is let into the sewage line by one person, who has more than 15 cow heads is the main reason.
The public road is always inaccessible, slippery because the cows are tied on the road, be it day or night. Chickens, ducks, turkeys are cooped on the road.

Please take action regarding this nuisance, which is creating...

Water Meter needs to change

The bill is too high

Monthly the water bill comes around 3800rs to 5100rs every month.
Its been almost a year that it has happened.
Till now we all tenants were out of station due to covid situation. Just paid the bills because we afraid of dissconnection of water.

The problem is, there is no leakage at all. No problem with under water tank as well as upper tank. And hardly 1 or 2 persons used water.

Incomplete sewage works

This is to inform that we are the residents of thirumenahalli 1st main road 2nd cross, 3rd cross and 7th cross. the sewerage works are started last year and completed some of the roads, expect the cross rods 2nd, 3rd cross, and 7th cross. the contractors and the engineers con cerned is also no responding for the issues. the asphalt road woks are also started by the bbmp contractors. without the work completion the work . the sewer age works...

Sewage overflow

Bill amount not credited for "e-234386"

Hi Sir/madam,
I have paid 200.94 against the RR no "e-234386" through Paytm (HDFC bank) for the Month December 2020.Bill payment date was done at 8th December at 7.55 AM.

The bill still show unpaid, kindly check the transaction and update the entry as paid
I again paid the money through Netbanking . Please refund the money to Paytm number or add the money to my BWSSB so that it will be deducted in next month...

Billing issue

I have paid my bwssb water bill completely for the month November but still there is arrears mention in the new bill ( December bill) . This is happening from past so many months. Also there is other charges which is charges up to 826 RS which is not valid. Kindly make the changes and fix the issues with arrears ASAP.
