Hi sir/madam,

This is to inform that we are the resident of Cox Town, Doddakunte, Bangalore.

There is a sewage leakage in our road and is really causing lot of problems. People here are unable to walk across the street. And it’s smelling a lot and we are unable to stay here.

Since March 2017 I am receiving worng bils every month saying that I have two line connections. Immediately I contacted A. Narayanapura office and enquired about this. After my enquiry, and clarification and inspection, Work Inspector and AE has reported to the good office saying there is No two connections of water supply to my house on 03.05.2017 and signed by both the officers on 15.06.2017.Where as rectification of bill is not being done...

I am H R Girish having BWSSB connection for my house which is located in AVANI SRIGERINAGAR, NAYAPANHALLI . my RR number is S215116. When we received November bill on December it is observed that the bill amount is very low. on top end it looks like meter is not working properly.

I have made 2 payments of Rs.483.30 each on 7th Dec 2020 on BWSSSB website using paytm gateway. Paytm has confirmed that payment is successful but BWSSB has not given payment credit to my account stating transaction has failed. Who will help resolve this issue now?...

Dear sir,

We had surrendered meter under RR no. S-459016 on 26.05.2009 and we had submitted a letter also in person to disconnect the line, as we were staying abroad.
Today suddenly, a notice is pasted on the door to pay Rs. 6, 462. Lest the property would be attached which is worth more than 5 crores.
Please let me know the reason for billing even after surrendering the water meter. Please reverse the entry...

There is a large volume of waste sewage water entering inside our residency (wastewater coming from toilet areas) causing damage to our property. We have filed multiple complaints but no action was taken.

Hi I am Guru, my RR No 170380, we have got water on a trail run, 3 years back, Now we have got RR no and got the Bills also without water supply.
Can you visit our area and supply the water.This under Nagawara ward NO 23, Vyalikaval Layout, Near Veernanyapalya. Land Mark Chaithanaya Techno Schools, HEBBAL. Our area covers under Kennut Maint BWSSB.

A few weeks back, BWSSB (Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board) dug up all the roads in Kadirenahalli Cross (at Teachers Colony Stage 2, Banashankari Stage 2) for laying new pipes. But, after the works have been completed, the roads are still in horrible condition till today. Neither BWSSB nor BDA/BBMP have taken up the works to repair the damaged roads. Our house was constructed in 2008 and is not liable for rain water installation as the RWH was Introduced only in 2011 but I have been receiving bill from BWSSB for RWH regularly and have paid for the same. I have submitted a letter for refund of the paid amount for RWH till date and has not yet been Refunded. My RR number is N-221934

We have raised a complaint 3 times in the BWSSB Office, BEML Layout as they were charging us Non-Domestic rates instead of Domestic rates on our Kaveri water bill since November 2019. The employees are very rude, are of no help and they expect bribe all the time.

I have been complaining about poor supply of water to 28th Cross, Poornaprajna Nagar, uttarahalli, Bangalore since 15 days. We could bearly get alternate days water supply for 30 minutes.
