Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Money transfer to a new card

My metro card stopped working and had a balance of Rs 350. The metro authorities told me they would issue a new card and transfer the money to the new card. Since I had a spare card I requested to transfer the money to the existing card. Unfortunately I misplaced the slip provided by the metro authorities to transfer the balance to my existing card but have the card details with me.
On requesting, they told me it was not possible without the slip.

I request you to grant me permission to tranfer the balance to my existing card.
