The bus no. 289 from kandivali station to Green hills in lokhandwala township has a very poor frequency. Against this, the frequency of bus no. 287 for thakur village and 300 for thakur complex is much better. People have to wait for so long in the queue and mostly in the evening, the queue is extending beyond the waiting area on the road. the units consumed almost tripled in the month of Sept 2014 (190 kWh) from August 2014 (73 kWh). The maximum units ever consumed during the last year was132 kWh in the month of October 2013, when we had a fridge. Hi, During the peak hour for past 4 weeks we see that the buses between 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m are cancelled without notice. Due to this commuter waiting for this bus has to stand 1-2 hrs in the bus stop in anticipation of bus arrival. On inquiry with the conductor it was found that no buses are available at the Deonar depot. My complaint is fairly simple... The AS 461 bus operators, starters and persons involved with this transportation route are all care -less. None of them care about passengers, about their travel or anything.

Today morning, date 30 July 2014 around 10.10 am, i tried to catch BEST bus (bus no. 201, MH01 AP0238) from jogeshwari station to my office. Even the bus was being quite empty and i was the only one to board the bus the conductor and driver too didn't wait for me to get into the bus and driver drove the bus in full speed because of that i collapsed badly on bus door and saved myself from falling on ground. We are travelled from malad to malvani village by 272 bus. But in the malad station for 272 bus stop there is no bus stop. So people who are coming late, they make the second que. This is very troubling for the people who are in the first que. Because the people in the second que will move ahead. So please take action & make the bus stand to avoid this....

Bus timings of Bus no.226, 461 and 309 are very late in the morning from 8.30 to 9.30, since 1st June none of these bus came between 8.45 a.m.to 9.15 a.m at gorai bus depot.We request you to arrange for more west buses at least on pick hours (office timings) so that we will reach office in time.In the evening timing between 5.45p.m. to 6.15 p.m. also only one bus comes at pathanwadi stop, Please arrange for more buses from Dindoshi Depot...

I have been regularly paying my electricity bill thro' the net (internet banking), but since the past 3 months, my registration thro the ICICI Bank gets rejected just before the bill is due for presentation. I keep re-registering but the status suddenly changes to Invalid as the presentation date nears. I Got online receipt also and it is clearly mentioned on receipt that it can be updated with conductor on Bus.
