insufficient speed inspire of paying 850 per/month

i am paying Rs 850 Per month though they are not giving proper downloading speed please checkout they are squeezing our pockets...in hyderabad beam internet cable gives 10mb downloading speed in Rs1000....but bsnl broadband connection give only 512kbps in Rs 850. please try to increase connection speed or decrease the charges....

New BSNL 3G SIM not activated even after 1 week

I purchased a BSNL 3G SIM following all the necessary official procedure and paying the required amount by last 26/03/2012. I have been delivered the SIM card and told that it will be activated in 2/3 days. But till today i.e. 06/04/2012 the SIM is not activated by BSNL. I am following up them many times. Every time the respond that SIM will be activated in an hour. But till now the SIM not activated. Kindly help me out and take the necessary...

I am a BSNL customer having an prepaid mobile plan called students suvidha introduced by kerala BSNL exclusive for students. In it they had offered free 2000sms/month ,49p for /min call etc .
But due to new TRAI Rule kerala bsnl had stopped all plans including students suvidha and bought new plan s which cost high for customer s . They cancelled all the freebys offered .

My land phone[protected] is not working since December-2011, may times wrote complaint in register and no response from the concern, this phone was taken with an advance payment of Rs.10,000/-. Amount of recharge not credited

As on 2nd April through Internet I have recharge my BSNL mobile no - [protected] by Rs 56 ( using ICICI credit card ) same amount deduct from my credit card and also billing shown but I have not got recharge amount in my mobile.

Unwanted service and payment

In spite of repeated requests to withdraw the health alerts, the authorities are not resolving the problem.
Every month i am being charged Rs. 30 for this service which got activated accidentally. It does not get deactivated even if i use the suggested code given by BSNL Chennai which i reported to them twice earlier.

BSNL not providing new connections after collecting fee

Hi,

I have applied for a new Land Line + Broadband on 15th March 2012 by paying Rs 500/- to BSNL.
Till date I did not get the connection.

My work order number is 48044521. Also, I have given a complaint to BSNL (ref no. KRK/CO/2012/1502 dated 22nd March 2012) about the delay in providing connection.

On 30th march 2012, I have filed my grievance with the Ministry of Telecommunications....
