I have registered complaint for phone dead 6days ago. We got no response.
I called them 2 days before in call center they gave me two numbers 1of them is not working and another one was received by someone he said i got transferred many days before. I called in call center today also they didn't answered my call
Please take my complain with necessary action

      I’m writing for my father dr. K. A. Srinivasan who is 93 years old.

      He is not receiving monthly bill any more.
      He only receives a message on his cell phone. He does not have a smart phone and he can not operate a computer to get bill details online.
      Please do the needful for him to get the monthly detailed paper bill.

Received call from BSNL asking for payment of dead landline. An old rental rebate is still pending. Copy attached.

      I have been complaining about my dead landline phone from about since 6 months but till now my problem has not been resolved very poor customer service from bsnl, and even my phone is dead every month they are sending the bill.

And give tie duration on 10 days and so on. After all this not even adjusting the amount of generated bill from security deposited and never received refund from them

          On 16/11/2019 at 08-40am done the recharge of rs-22 on mobikwi for bsnl 3g/4g data package for 5 days. But service not stated till date and time. Customer care mobikwick escaped by saying payment successful through transaction no - [protected]. On making inquiry at bsnl mobile customer care with mobikwick transaction no - [protected], they reply we are not responsible for any transaction online by private payment company. Now at one side mobikwick says we are right and bsnl says we are right. Now as a layman i request you what should i do?? I can not fight with giant group like mobikwick or government entrprise like bsnl. Do the needful

            I have surrendered my phone on 7/08/2019, but till date security money not refunded in my given account. Even in my log in portal is showing ₹-1931/- and will be paid by 4/10/2019.               Hi sir/madam,

              Good evening. I got utterly fooled by BSNL. In many websites, it has been mentioned that by recharging with 1498/- users will get 365 days o[censored]nlimited calls, free SMSes and 200 GB data.

              But after recharging, I have not got calls facility even for a second. Internet is mere waste.

              It took one week and 15 hours to reach customer care and tell about my problem. The worst thing is that, we cannot change this stupid plan.

              At last, BSNL wants to fool its trustworthy customers. Reliance Jio is better and other service providers also. Even internet is 2G speed only, 3G will never come. BSNL has taken me 4 years back.

              It has given complete irritation and awfulness to me.

We are unable talk to the other persons .To receive a call we should go out and then talk. we have this problem from past 6 months.Even our broadband services also very poor. please rectify our problem as early as possible.

                Sir i want to port my number to airtel but it always get rejected due to contractual obligation violation. But i have cleared all dues and i have no dues. Still its getting rejected and rejected. I have tried it five times but it always got rejected. Sir i have wasted 160 rs till getting no benefit\

                I have been included in this scheme without my consent.
                Please refund the amount and unsubscribe it.

                    My mother is old and is 84years of age. Our phone landline[protected] is not working for last 7 day s. The telephone is her life line
                    I hav e logded an complain online to bsnl 5 days back. The telephone doenot have adial tone, and comes engaged always i request the concerned authorities to repair the connection as soon as possible.

                      I had personally gone to the bsnl office in tambaram, chennai and gave a written statement to disconnect my bsnl connection on august, and the order was issued to the vandalur branch office on the same day, and was informed that the deposit amount would also be sent as cheque.

                      But still am getting the bills generated every month.

                            Iam living in a village called as m. P. R. Dam which is in garladinne mandal, anantapur district locate in andhra pradesh. There is a signal tower of bsnl just back side of my house, but still there wont be any signal for bsnl mobile users. Such a shame for bsnl for not maintaining signal towers properly. Rectify this as soon as possible. There are minimum 200 customers from my village and you guys are just troubling your customers by not maintaining your signal towers properly.in times of power cut there is no back up for that signal tower. Such a worst telecom service from you guys.

                              Hi,
                              I have recharged my phone with the annual package and is about to expire on 26th Jan, 2020.
                              But now sice the past 8-10 days, BSNL is charging me for both incoming and outgoing calls and even the Internet is not working. I tried contacting the customer care, but no communication was established between us.

                              I request you to please look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible.

Many times I have tried to stop it. all the ways of trial to stop those messages, even DND, STOP etc. failed miserably. I do have attached photo/screenshot for your perusal. Please go through it.I have no option left other than requesting you.

                                    Please remove wang da naap, taare from my account and i am trying to contact your phone for dialer tones but the number 56700 is not responding to shuffle management everytime its hanging up and yes i am not recieving an sms from your company for confirmation of deletion. It takes too much time for a caller time to get activated. This tging makes me to think about porting my number sir. Please solve the issue soon and i shall be highly thankful to you if you pay your kind attention towards this matter as i have been trying too long for this thing to be changed.

                                      Dear sir please note i am come from village called yalavalli, it come under mirjhan gram panchayath kumtataluk uttara kannada dist karnatak, we have facing the communication problem because we have no telephone connection (Cable cut at the time o[censored]pgrading the road 2 years back), there is no mobile tower.
