Aajeevan sampatti plus plan fraud

I have bought Bharti Axa- Aajivan Sampatti Plus plan in 2015 and that also from Robinhood insurance ltd (Now Beeinsuared.com), at the time of Policy selling both the companies behavior was extraordinarily good to me because they wanted to sell their product and now None of them respond to my complaint positively after 56days of registering my complaint.

Car insurance

My car had met with a minor accident on friday[protected] evening around 4.45pm. So i took the vehicle to the dealer. He said the insurance personnel will be available only on monday[protected]. Later on monday i received a message in the afternoon about the registration of the claim. When i checked the website it states that it does 24x7 work.
How come there is a delay?
this is not the first time in an another occasion...

Please dont take any policy from this worst company. Make you run always at the time of claim. Very cheap behavior of employees while going for claim and finally rejected. They said if i met with an accident then insurance will not cover, you should have some diseases then only claim can be given. I am having my insurance from last five years even though no proper response. They only know to sell policy. I was supposed to give zero rating...
