From march 2020 iam facing delivery issue with bbdaily. Regularly complaining through their chat service but issue not resolved. Sent mail also to [protected]@bigbasket.com but no response. Every day they debit my account but do not deliver my requirement. They ask me to wait till 10am but no delivery done and when complaint raised they will refund. The same practice going on regularly. Request to resolve the issue and arrange for smooth delivery or cancel my account and arrange for total wallet balance refund.
