Subject: cancellation of order no: dxmpo[protected] at bigbasket.
Complain:
Big basket has cancelled my order quoting non delivery due to gate keeper didn't allow.
The above claim is totally false and it reflects poor customer service only.
For your information, following points i want to submit:
1. Gate keeper was doing his duty of asking an didn't allow to enter as delivery was done 30 min delayed which he was unaware. Its you only who pathetically failed in providing services as per terms and also didn't informed me on time.
2. The claim of "non delivery"due to reason mentioned is also false as i have received the items yesterday by myself, but ur guy has taken it back from my car saying it will b delivered another day.
Please note here.. Delivery was done to me and was then taken back.
Till the time i was okay with delayed delivery or all inconveniences caused by ur side due to prevailing emergency situation.
But quoting wrong information and not abiding to your service ethics isn't going well with me.
Now only i can request to refund money back and not to keep my money in wallet.
