Big basket makes deliveries to my neighbour, but I have not got a time slot the whole month. When I open the app it say time slots available, but when I check out, it says no time slots available.
I called the helpline on 11th April at 11.08 am. I was assured that my deposit would be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. That has not happened.
I do not want to waste time and make myself frustrated with bad service. So kindly refund my Rs.5000 immediately. You are keeping my money and giving me only irritation in return.
