I am an user of Bigbasket since 2015, started my taking service of bigbasket in Pune and now availing in Faridabad (Delhi/NCR). Since then I was happy with the delivery part of your services, as always delivered in the scheduled slot.
But I was saddened with the order EXN-[protected][protected] placed on 06.01.2022, the order was scheduled for delivery on 08.01.2021 between 11 AM- 01 PM. my concerns are as below:
1. Being a BB Star member, no advantage of early delivery slots
2. Order got delayed by more than 6 hours, no communication/information from Bigbasket Store/ Delivery Team/ Customer Service. So that alternate purchase method could be explored.
3. When approached over helpline, no correct information and estimated delivery time shared
4. When approached over chast support, no solution was provided.
5. Upon expressing poor experience and mentioning all above issues to chat support, order canceled from their side without any confirmation.
6. Moreover, BB Star membership was also canceled without permission/ prior to validity and charges refunded for the same.
Besides the worst experience, I had to bear financial losses as I bought a few very essential items in the order at midnight of 8th Jan (After order cancellation of order chat support executive) from local shops at very high rates.
Kindly arrange to recover my losses and reinstate BB Star membership.
Along With this, kindly arrange a written apology on business letterhead from your Regional Head. (Delhi/NCR), to regain the trust which you have lost by this [censored] act.
