[Resolved] Bigbasket.com — Refund of Money

To, Consumer court This is to lodge a complaint against BB daily/Bigbasket as they are not refunding my amount. For one of my order I did actually paused the subscription and I did received a confirmation text message however the money got deducted and now they are refusing to refunds saying we don’t accept after 10:00 PM.
