With reference to my above order, please note that the experience with your service has been beyond terrible.
My complaints:
1) you have billed me for products not suppled
2) in the same order you have billed me for full quantities but supplied only part
3) in the same order you have supplied spoilt & rotted vegetables
After deducting amount for the returned, non-supplied & partial supplied items my bill value comes to rs.2, 693.15 (As against rs.3, 032/=).
This is the only amount i will pay.
I thought i would shop at big basket for the convenience but it has turned out to be a nightmare. I spent over 45 minutes on 9th sept trying to sort out the bill with your delivery person & speaking to your area incharge.
When i spoke to your area incharge on 9th sept. He assured me that i would receive a revised invoice for the value of rs.2, 693.15 on monday 11th sept by 8.30 am.
Thereafter i have had repeated calls from (Even as late as 9pm at night) asking for the payment. And despite your area incharge's assurance this morning your delivery person shows up & asks me to pay the full amount & they will refund the extra to my account.
I have made it clear to everyone who has called me that i will pay only for the value of the products i have received & payment will be done by credit card only. During my pre-oder call as well as my call with your area incharge on 9th sept i have made it clear that i will only pay through credit card.
I do not want a credit in my account as i will never ever shop again with bigbasket (Your executives are trying to tell me to pay the full bill value & they will give credit) nor will i pay cash or through wallet.
Kindly arrange to have your executive collect the payment of rs.2, 693.15 from me immediately as i do not believe in keeping payments pending. He is required to bring a card machine to collect payment.
Kindly do the needful & close the matter without any further delay.
