    I made online payment for mdsu counselling registration fee of rs 5000 through bank of baroda net benking on 03/07/2018 at 04:20 pm. My account no. Is [protected]. Challan no. 11120475 my transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! Transaction fail.
    I complaint on pg [protected]@billdesk.com but no response.
    Rs 5000 has been deducted from my account and simultaneously my counselling registration fee is nt done. Please refund me that much of amount. For that contact me at [protected] help me plz.

      I was paid my premium amount rs 4384 through online on 08.06.2018, but that transaction made double (4384+4384) the time from my account, so contact with lic team from that day on-words for refund, but finally they replied me, they have only one receipt,

      And also contact with icici bank, thay also replied the following,

      Sr[protected]: dear customer, your bill payment of inr 4, 384.00 has been processed and forwarded to the biller bill desk bpc on 11-jun-18. For details, please contact the biller.

      So kindly go through it and refund the amount of rs 4384 in to my account.

        I had initiated transaction of about 5000 rs from hdfc bank to the standard charted bank from the google tez on 29 june. The amount was debited from my account but was not reflected back at the receiver end even after 4 days. Its is showing processing status and the amount is not even credited back to my account. Even after following many instruction i was unable to reach any of there representative.

            I had paid my property tax to vadodara muncipal corporation an amount of rs 7, 342 on 27/06/2018 which is through bill desk bpc. Amount has been debited successfully from my icici bank saving acount. Details for that is as below

            Consumer code: vmss_nici[protected]
            Bill reference information: nici[protected].

            Though amount was debited acknowledgement did not
            Generated. When i contacted vmss they said they didn't received the amount as transaction got failed.

            Also i contacted my bank for same and the bank replied translation as success.
            Mean while my property tax on vmc site is showing due and bank is also not refunding amount.

            Pls look into the matter and advise.

              I made a payment of 15000 rs towards my hdfc credit card using billdesk on 1st of july 2018. I got an email saying that the payment was declined. The payment receipt also shows failure. However, the money has been deducted from my band account.

              I need to know why this was declined. 15000 has been deducted from my bank account. When will i be getting the refund of this amount?

                                    I was applying for TSLRP prohibition &excise conistable, job, paid fess rs 800/-at 3.06pm, 20may 2022 thought UPI scanr transfer and amount from my account hass been deducted, but payment details is showing payment not success in TSLPRB site, plz resolve thise issue as soon as possible and refund the amount plz

I paid fees Rs. 2, 630.68 using debit card through BillDesk Services, but amount Rs. 2, 630.68 deducted from my Bank Account but in site (www.tslprb.com) it shows payment not successful my reference No. RE1383372.                                       Sir, I applied for the post of SCT Police Constable (Civil / Equivalent). In payment method, I paid the amount of Rs.809 using debit card through Billdesk Payment (Ref. No. RE1669238) on 28th June, 2018. The above amount was deducted in my account, but in Payment Details, Payment Status shows as "Payment not Success". Please refund the amount as early as possible. Thanking You.

                                        I am Rajesh I have applied TSLPRB website for the post of SCT SI CIVIL. The challan amount (1000/- rupees) paid my debit card through sbi bill desk gateway amount has been deducted from my account but it shows has payment transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted in my account. So I request you to refund my challan amount (1000/- rupees). Till now the money hasn't refunded, so I request you to refund my money.
