Hello sir,
I am ravindran nair, (M r instrumentation) i am using union bank of india e-pay in which i am using my epf account for transaction purpose. My ubi account number is. [protected] ghansoli branch navi mumbai
On14 april 2017 i am sending money to epf account number amounting rs 19545. But it shows transaction failure.
The amount was debited from my account but not deliver to the receiver account.
Please help me in retrieving the amount to my account as soon as possible. Details of transaction are given below

But not deposite my amount in indore municiple corporation property tax. So please solve my problem. This proprty tax given by me for financial year 2017-18 in advance tax segment.

        On. 4th May 2017, I paid electricity bill amount for JDVVNL of Rs.80, 300 via billdesk.com and the site showed successful transaction with UTR No. ICPN[protected].
        After 5 days I was refunded the whole amount in my bank account and now JDVVNL says I will have to bear the penalty as the last date to submit the amount was 5th May. They say they never received the amount.
        Billdesk's helpline caretaker says she can't do anything about it.
        Who is responsible then? Who will pay the penalty of Rs3000?
        What wrong did I do in trusting the site?
        I have already mailed the site for the same issue. I haven't received a reply yet.
        Please solve the issue on an urgent basis.

I wait only and think it will back tomorrow automatically but it not so happen, so sir i want to say that consider my request and take respective action as soon as possible.                 I have also done a transaction for amount Rs 309 - Transaction Id - [protected] Transaction Date - 15 April 2017 at 21:57 paid to BILLDESKutil for Jio Prime Membership and monthly recharge. The payment is deducted from my Paytm Wallet however there is no confirmation of payment to JIO from your side. According to Jio representative Jio did not receive the payment. Then I talked to Paytm executive and they told me payment at successful at Paytm end.

                Need your help in resolving and reverting back the payment to my Paytm wallet.

                        I have received no response from billdesk regarding my earlier query of non-reaching of rs 320000 from sbi to motilal oswal on 28.04, though copy of transaction have been enclosed in the mail sent to pgsupport.
                        I have sent rs320000 from my sbi a/c to motilal oswal mutual fund through billdesk payment gateway. The company (Motilal) hasn't received the amount till time. Sbi is confirming that the sum has been debited from my account which is evident from the account statement. A copy of the same has been sent to [protected]@billdesk.com. They have been contacted on 28.04.29.04.30.04 and 01.05 with no avail.

They made me to wait for 1 hour... Nothing will be solved calling 198 and 222. Very poor service..

                                  I have received only 1 mail from [email protected] informing me that they have tried to trace but didn.t get the amount, They have asked an a/c statement of SBI on 28.04 which I instantly enclosed in the reply mail. Till now I am getting no other response from billdesk regarding the loss of 320000 in transit.It's absolutely unfortunate!
