Hello sir/mam,
I tried to pay my college fees online for rs.51, 017 on 27.07.2017 around 1.30pm through axis bank easypay. The urn number provided was 31261335. I paid through my corporation bank netbanking services in billdesk payment gateway. My bank account number is [protected]. The amount got debited from my bank but the transaction got timedout. The status in my final receipt shows only pending. Kindly look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible because iam nearing my due date for paying my fees. Thank you!

I have contacted to paytm they said transaction was successful and the problem is with billdeskutil... Will u tell me what is going on... Its already been two days if the transaction is unsuccessful kindly repay my money to me in my account... I have recharged for rs 303 for my jio number at it has not been added to my account yet and it has been two days for this incident

        I did recharge of 399 on yesterday for my jio number [protected] through BILLDESKutil order #JPT[protected] but I haven't got any confirmation from jio and now while checking in jio app also my account balance is nil...it haven't recharged yet...even jio helpline is not picking my call so I'm unable to get the exact solution...please do the needful as soon as possible

        I paid Rs. 773 on 20 July 2017 from my South Indian Bank account through online banking to BSNL for the landline bill payment of the phone number[protected]. The money was deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. Please, refund the amount (Rs. 773) as soon as possible into my account from which i made the payment.

            I recharged for my prepaid jio prime number for jio 399 offer (84gb 84 days) today i. E 22/7/2017 time is 10:23:12 am by my paytm account.

            The amount is being deducted from my paytm account and i still did not receive the recharge.
            My jio account also shows no history of any recharge.

            Please recharge my prepaid account as soon as possible or refund the amount in my paytm wallet.

                I had paid 2500/- towards the neet 2017 counselling fees, for kaloji narayana rao university on 10-jul-2017. The transaction was unsuccessful & says there was some error. I had waited till now for the refund.

                        This is to inform you that i carried out a transaction for payment to hdfc mutual fund for an amt of 200000/- inr today at 1200 lt, also got a message regarding successful payment, but before the same could be passed to hdfc, unfortunately there was an interruption in the internet.
                        Therefore have not received any confirmation from hdfc mutual fund regarding my payment, but same shows deducted from my axis bank account (Nre [protected]). Ref no[protected]

                                I processed to recharge my bsnl mobile for rs.444/- via billdesk from sbi internet banking on 10th july 2017. The amount was deducted but the transaction was not successful. I sent a mail to both billdesk and bsnl but there was no reply for more than 24 hrs from either of them.

                                    I have made two transactions yesterday to pay for telangana mbbs/bds counselling processing fee to kalojinrao university through http://tsmedadm.tsche.in/

                                    The first transaction i made through internet banking of amount 2, 517 rs. Using billdesk. The amount was deducted but i did not get success message in the application.

                                    Then i tried making payment using debit card of the same bank account and made second transaction of amount 2, 529.50 rs. For the same purpose using billdesk, but again the amount was deducted and no success message was shown.

                                    Both the times i got the below error message.

                                    Billdesk has refunded the amount for one transaction i.e., 2, 517.70 is returned.

                                    But BILLDESK did not refund the amount for this vin/kalojinrao /[protected]/0 dr. 2, 529.50 transaction and the support team is not responding on this issue.

                                    I request the BILLDESK support team to look into this matter urgently. This is causing serious inconvenience to me.

                                      I paid rs. 415 from my sbi account through online banking to bsnl for the landline bill payment of the phone number [protected]. The money was deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. However, i did the transaction again from another service and the bill was finally paid.

                                      Please, refund the amount (Rs. 415) as soon as possible into my account from which i made the payment.
