non deposit of on line recharge amount on tatasky

I had recharged amount 3600/- in three instalments with 1200/- each time to subscribe annual package on tatasky but an error report is send to me but the total amount is deducted from my account through bill desk .So I request to return the amount to my account again because i have already deposited an amount 351/- to avail tatasky facilities....
