SBI debit card has been blocked

Your card has been blocked on ACS, it will be automatically un-blocked at Midnight today. This same errors shows whenever I make online payment since last 20 days. Tata Sky Recharge not done

Credit Card Payment transaction status FAILED- money never got refunded

I Made a standard chartered credit card payment using the BILLDESK by choosing the ICICI bank. Upon completion of transaction the amount got successfully debited from the ICICI bank (transaction description- "BIL/[protected]/standardchateredcred/SC" ), but in the acknowledgement i see that the transaction status as "FAILED". The billdesk transaction reference number is MICI[protected]. Till today I never got my money...
