I made online payment through SBI bank for Rs.768 on 01.03.2018 for payment of BSNL bill. My transaction was failed with an error. But my amount of Rs.768 was deducted from my account. Again I tried for payment and got successful. I waited for 24 hrs to back my amount. I didn't get. I want to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I tried for payment bsnl telephone bills online on 01.03.2018.

The bill amount of Rs.768 has been debited from my SBI bank account but not reflecting with the service provider nor did we get any bills for the amount paid.

                Sir,
                I have paid the bsnl bill through billdesk on 28.02.2018 for rs.768. My account was debited with rs.768 but bill was not cleared due to network problem. Again the same was paid through the billdesk. The amount debited earlier was not credited so far. Kindly solve the issue by crediting of rs.768 which is laid with billdesk.

                Dear sir,
                I made payment for an amount of Rs 768/- towards BSNL bill through BillDesk on 01.03.2018. During process due to net work problem the amount was deducted from my bank account, but receipt not generated and bill was still pending. same day I have paid the bill successfully. Both the transactions are as follows.

                                    I was placing one order on amazon on 3rd february 2018, saturday about 9:00pm ist with the help my visa hdfc credit card. Product value was rs.37, 999 and i was availing this product with some offers while paying rs.34, 406. I started my transaction (Rs. 34, 406) with visa hdfc credit card for the product with 24 months emi with 15% interest rate but after entering otp, which was second time generated using regenerate otp tab (First otp couldn't get through sms, got through call by number [protected] and voice was not clear so regenerate otp). I got response from amazon that payment was failed because of authorization issue from bank end and my order was cancelled. The amount rs.34, 406 has been deducted from credit card and processed for 24 emis. I registered a case with hdfc dispute (Cc. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) too. I am providing all necessary details below and my communication with amazon (Paymet failed and amazon didn't get any amount from bank) and bank as an attachment. Bank is saying that amount has been released from their end and amazon told that they didn't get any amount. Bank suggested to communicate with merchant (Indiaideas com limited) also. Please have a look and looking for help.

                                    I'am vinayak naik I recharged my sun direct dth to amount of Rs.220 through tej payment app. Amount is deducted but not credited In sun direct dth.
