Blue Star India — 10 days ago purchased not installed till now

I purchase a bluestar ac from ankur oil company on 4th of june today it's 13 of june but it can't install til now.. I tried many time to their customer care and dealer. But every time they don't shown any interst. I am also scared about future service.Please it's a request I can't work or happy this kind of company. So please return your product and refund my money
