I have a Blue Star Aristo 7 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier and now the purifier making beep sound while water purification process. I logged a complaint with ticket number B[protected] on 17.04.2022. When the service engineer came, he did nothing, just cut off the beep sound speaker cable with that beep sound turned off, but UV lamp also turned off making water unsafe to drink. Today is 28.04.2022, still no proper resolution has been provided. I contacted customer care and service centre, but they are just delaying the process instead of providing quick resolution. 11 Days already passed, I don't know how much more time they want to repair a water purifier.
