Purchased the AC from Amazon.in (seller name: Dawntech Electronics Pvt Ltd) on March 12 2023, the AC had gas leaks 4 times in 2 years costing me Rs10, 000 plus labour charges, this with the original cost of AC being Rs 34, 000.
Recent check by the technician has revealed multiple leakages in the indoor unit.
The company should accept that the product is faulty and replace it with immediate effect.
