Respected sir/madam
I would like to inform you that I have purchased a deep freezer from Blue Star limited, in Amul PO scheme for which I had made a full payment on 18/Oct/2021, for which after delays and hiccups recieved the freezer on 13/Nov/2021 which itself was one month waiting period against promised 7 days delivery, again after receiving the fridge some parts where missing for which i registered the complaint with Bluestar India limited on 15/11/2021 with complaint no. B[protected], for which i was not given any resolution until 30/11/2021, when the missing components where installed and then too the freezer was not in working condition for which I was informed that there is serious defect in the freezer and it was in need of replacement for which I waited till 10/12/2021 and registered another complaint order no .B[protected] and until this day no resolution had been reached even after repeated calls to costumer care.
I would hereby request you to provide me with resolution and to inform me about the same and the time frame required for the same, due to defective piece sold to me by bluestar limited, as it is already 85 days from the date of transfer of amount.
