Blue Star India — ac is not operated when remote is pointed towards ac

Recently bought 3star rated inverter hi- Wall split air conditioner (With r32 environment friendly refrigerant) On 26th augth 2020 from local vendor. When we point the remote towards ac, none of the operations are detected by ac. I suspect remote was faulty Though temperatures are getting changed on display of the remote. Hi Blue star,

Thanks for the update. I think the complaint was already submitted from your end to the nearby store

Service personnel has already taken the remote from us and ordered for replacement as told by him ( named Naveen)
