Hope all well.
I bought a split ac from sra retails pvt ltd, gurgaon on 3-08-19, and people responsible for delivery and installation were asm mr. Raj vardhan and bm mr. Jitender. Just after 3 months of purchase, the problems started, within a year i have registered many complaints to your service provider deepa air conditioning and they have changed/repaired most of the parts of the outer and inner unit including blower machine, gas, and others.
The last complaint i registered on 31st july 2020 and they confirmed that they will be sending the technician to check but no one visits till today and after my several followups they started ignoring my calls and complaints.
Finally, they responded and mr. Sanjay told me that they can't repair my machine and i need to contact the dealer to replace the machine but the dealer is saying to contact service center.
Now i am stuck with a defaulted machine and acting as a middle man between dealer and service center. Deepa air conditioners has closed my complaint by stating that i stopped responding and they can not repair my ac.
I have two other air conditioners of other brands but never faced such issues and a company like bluestar is making me regret my decision of buying your product and cheery on the cake is your service. Worst!.
I have been cheated by m/s sra retails pvt ltd and deepa air conditioner service and of course, bluestar is the head.
I request you to please look into this and replace my ac asap. This is my request to please protect your brand image which has been going down day by day.
Please treat this email as a request not any threat or something. I have high expectations from your brand.
