On june 12th I booked an appointment with the customer care they gave me the time of 15th june. I took half day from the office and came home. These peaple neither show up nor called. I was trying the local service provider number but no response. Then I continuously called customer care number till date and spoke to them but no response again. Today is 10th of july till now no one attended or called. And the appointment was supposed to an urgent basis...
My complaint is regarding my blue star air conditioner which i bought on 14th nov 2018. My father called consumer prompt centre on 17th jun 2019 regarding free service provided by blue star. The representative told that company technician will be at ur place within a week for free service and havn't provided any docket or complaint no.
After a week when my father again called her regarding service, she is annoying about the last call. Kindly treat this is urgent. Was this information helpful? |
