Bought an Bluestar ac on 17th August 2020 from chawla electronics Faridabad. Started using it from 19th August 2020 and what i found it highly noisy (sound like mini genset).
Raised a complaint at blue star customer services on 19th august, this took 5 visits of the technician to come on a decision to replace it with a new one as the compressor was faulty. So after almost a month of follow-ups Bluestar replaced AC on 11th September 2020.
After few days, it again making trouble with terrible smell & this time AC motor was faulty & again visit of 2 technicians to come on a decision for motor change.
So right now I am very disappointed from BLUESTAR, Pathetic product 2 units & both were faulty (earlier one with compressor noise, second one with motor faulty). Can't trust more on this brand.
I am here to suggest and recommend all my friends to never buy blue star electrical appliances.
