I had registered a complain on 12 July 2019 regarding my problem in AC. Ticket No. is B[protected].
But today 10 days is over and till now no service Engineer has visited for checking of AC.
I has followed multiple time calling Customer care but i am getting a silly answer that we are escalating your issue and making it urgent call. Spoke to Mr. Sachin (Mumbai), Anand(Mumbai), Ashraf Ali ...
It is very sorry to say that being a such a reputed brand this type of Nuisance was never expected from Bluestart end.
