Blue Star Inverter AC Installation and Service Issue

Sorry for including all of the Blue Star Team in this mail. Not sure who is accountable to this so have included all the id's from blue star Installation and service related escalation complaints.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Blue Star Inverter AC in June, 2019 from an authorized dealer ( Sharif) in Kavali, Nellore (d.t), AP.
They have done the installation not sure they are from Blue Star or Dealer have sent. At the time of Installation the Stabilizer provided by the company burnt twice.
Installation Team suggested changing the wiring and need to give connection directly from a single phase. With the help of electricians have made the wiring ready from Ground Floor to 5th Floor. Still another stabilizer burnt out which is provided from Blue Star. Distributor from Nellore suggested using v-guard stabilizers might fix the issue. The issue has been fixed after using v-guard stabilizer, not sure this issue happened due to poor quality stabilizer provided by the company or due to installation Team issue. After this no free servicings have been informed or done to the AC. In Feb 2021, the dealer called us that the Company providing the free service needed to give petrol charges for servicing. I confirmed to come for servicing, after the servicing had given 200/- for petrol charges they informed me that AC is working fine by switching on the AC. As we thought the AC working and there is no necessity to switch on the AC due to climatic conditions we have not verified it. In March when we switched on the AC, AC was not working. When we contacted the dealer on this, dealer have sent the servicing person he informed that there is a leakage near the bolt fixed in the external unit, when i asked dealer why there is a leakage near the bolt there might be issue with installation or ther servicing person might have made the mistake he is telling that there is no mistake from them the AC is out of warranty and need to bear the AC gas charges. I have called customer care. They have taken the request and they informed me that they will escalate and arrange a call back from the superior. Raised a Ticket S[protected]. The Service person called me, I explained the issue and updated on this. The people who came for servicing have informed me that the bolt is not fixed properly at the time of installation or they have done it in between and they are not sure. I have called customer care and Blue Star Customer care has escalated. They have escalated to Murthy who is senior. He informed me he will escalate to higher authorities, i had informed the servicing person is doing his job and asked him to speak with him. He informed that no issue he will escalate on this and do the needful. Servicing people have waited for more than 1Hour for the update, no update from the Team. I tried calling many times to customer care, after sometime murthy called me and provided Ravi Naidu number he will take care. He has not lifted the call. Servicing person needs the payment else he will remove the filled gas.
I am not pointing out that the person came for service in the end, he is the person who fixed the issue and a nice guy. But he has no ID card from blue star and update he is working for 3 AC companies in parallel. Blue Star is one of them, how can the customer identify who is from Blue Star or who is from Dealer.
The Dealer has not registered the details in the Blue Star. The Dealer has made a lot of installation issues. The dealer has sent the service person in out of warranty and has created the issue. As the details are not updated none of the service persons came for installation or for free servicing or for updates from blue star. How Blue Star is solving the issues done by dealers. Sorry as I am a little rude on the service person who has solved the issue, as he is expecting payment from me. I need to pay the amount. The issue which I escalated has not been acted i holded the payment. Not sure how BLUE STAR is allowing such kind of dealer. Have seen some consumer complaints against such dealerships. How come a company like Blue Star has not acted upon these consumer complaints and fixed them by giving their own dealership. The dealers are too commercial here and he is not acting as a bridge between the customer and blue company. He is making business out of this. I am not going to pay the amount to the person attentended my ticket as I am waxed with the kind of support from blue star and the dealer. Please take action against the dealer and address my issue by providing the service free fixing the issue. I don't like to suffer some technical person who fixed the issue. But I am reluctant to pay the amount as the company and dealer have created these issues. Please act on this at the earliest.
