This is an unsatisfied customer from chennai. i have recently bought 1ton 3star split AC. just used for 20days after that AC's outdoor unit (compressor) stops and have issues with cooling. i have logged a complaint with bluestar. it has been more than 2 months gone from the date i have registered the complain. still they haven't resolved the issue, not only that i haven't been notified properly when will the problem will be resolved. worst response from their team... is there anything i can do more than registrering complaint on their customer care app.. how should i take this complaint to the next authorities????
