This is to inform you that we are purchase a water cooler with inbuild ro system in last 2 month. Since we have purchased we have called many times technical, but the ro are not happening right. Just a few days ago i had complaint but still now no one has come. Complain no - b[protected] dt : 02.08.2019.
Note : i have already mail started dt : 28.08.2019 but no one help to us. We are work in ntpc project, darlipali and water cooler was purchase for labour but labour is getting sick from last 1 month without water.
Your service system is very bad.
So we are requesting you kindly replace the machine asap.
