Befor first lockdown my purifier's booster pump got dead, we registered service request as it was under warranty, technician came after a long time of pleading by me personally even after a raised service request. Two inexperienced serviceperson came from bluestar, they simply took the original pump by saying its dead and also took uv choke because i was unaware of the functions of it. Later after several days they returned and placed another booster pump but a small one also they didn't install the choke that they took, later during lockdown the RO was not filtering as there was least pressure in pump and then when i called same servicepersons they misbehaved and denied to come, product was also under warranty and i also raised request on bluestar's app but they cancelled. I'm feeling cheated as i never expected this from the service person of a reputed company. Was this information helpful? |
