I have purchased a blue star ac with hope of its excellent product and services. I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac (Blue star sac ic 318ybtu micro) on 28th april 2019 from suraj business pvt. Ltd. (Shop 21-22, palam vyapar kendra, palam vihar, gurgaon). But now i am feeling cheated due to pathetic servicing of blue star india. Within two months of purchase i have strong feeling that an old or dumped ac has been delivered to me. Since installation i am compelled to complain 6 times to your service center and every time service guy came and changed some parts. The servicing is doing by dikshi entreprises, gurgaon (Contact person mr. Suresh - mobile number [protected]). But after their all efforts to run my ac in a smooth manner they are failed to correct it. Every time they come with new excuses. They have filled gas one time, took its condenser and still not changed it. They have changed stabilizer one time and even open the whole unit two times. After failing in their all expertise, they have given us the contact details of mr. Rupendra singh ([protected]), blue star india. But rupendra is giving just false assurances to me.
Me and my family is suffering from heat waves of gurgaon. We have purchased this ac to protect my kids and wife from summer, but my purpose was badly defeated by your defected ac and pathetic service. Now monsoon is on and temperature will fall, so now ac is no use for me. I have purchased this ac in hope that it will work for at least 5 -6 years. But it looks like blue star india company had delivered me an old piece of dumped ac.
