Blue Star India — delay in servicing.. poor product quality

I have bought a bluestar water purifier on 1st jan, 2019. Within the month of june, the button was broken. Called the customer care but they said they don't have free servicing for our model (Aristo) even though it was not 1year old. The technician came with a service charge and they fixed the button with adhesive (Without replacing). From the next day a noise is coming from the machine. Again called the technician but they delayed the service. Called the customer care, lodged a complaint again but the technician never contacted. What kind of a servicing is this?
