I bought bluestar AC from Amazon. The product was delivered to me on Friday morning and by afternoon I received a call from bluestar saying that the installation guy will reach me on Saturday. We waited until evening 6, no one turned up. Then we called back the lady who promised us installation by Saturday morning. After we spoke she said the person will visit us soon and will be installed by night and shared the contact details of that person. When we called the person he was out of station. We called back the lady and she assured the installation will happen at any cost tonight. So we weight until 7 and then called back to check the station, there was no response from her. We had to call back the person again, he said he will come as early as 6.30 am on Sunday. And on Sunday at 7.30 am when will called to check the status, there was no response. After sometime, he sends a voice message saying, will be there around 9 am. But until 10 there was no sign of him coming. And then we received a call from another guy asking if he can come. But then when we told the story about the other guy, he asked me to find out if the person was coming. Since there was no response from the other guy, I told if it's possible you please come and install. And then he says, as today is Sunday I can't do it today because the shops are closed and I can't buy any materials today so will do it tomorrow. After all this we wanted to talk to the lady who had promised us installation on Saturday, due to which we had cancelled all of plans, waiting for them to arrive, but all went in vain. Now she says we will do it on Monday. We cannot wait for Monday, as we are working. So when we said we don't want your product any more and wish to cancel, she said we will do it today itself.
