I have been facing leakage issue with the water purifier since its installation on Nov 14 2020. I have launched 7 complaints within 2 months. Every time the technician visits and makes temporary fix after which within 1 week it starts leaking again. I have asked for replacement multiple times but they are denying it every time. The regional manager is not doing his job properly. I am feeling helpless as they are not connecting me to the senior officials and neither are they resolving it by replacing the faulty product
