Subject: Complaint Regarding Defective Product and Refusal to Replace by Service Center

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the defective product I have received from Blue star and the subsequent refusal by your service center to provide a replacement. I have been a loyal customer of Blue star for many years, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of both your product and customer service on this occasion.
On[protected], I purchased an Blue star water purifier, from online platform Flipkart . Upon installation, it became evident that the product was defective and failed to function as advertised. The water purifier consistently leaked water and failed to provide the expected level of filtration. This is a serious concern, considering the health risks associated with consuming impure water.
Immediately after discovering the issue, I contacted your customer service helpline and was informed that I needed to contact the nearest Blue star service centre for replacement. However, to my dismay, I was met with a dismissive attitude and was informed by the staff that they were unable to replace the defective product.
I would like to emphasize that this is an unacceptable response, as I am well within my rights as a consumer to receive a replacement for a defective product under warranty. As an esteemed company in the market, I expected better attention and service from Blue star. Your service center's refusal to provide a resolution has left me in a highly inconvenient and unsatisfactory situation.
Considering the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I have experienced, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
1. An immediate replacement of the defective Blue star water purifier, ensuring that the replacement is fully functional and meets the promised quality standards.
2. Adequate compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience caused due to the defective product and the unhelpful response from your service center.
3. A thorough investigation into the service center branch that refused to assist me, as their behavior does not align with the values and service standards expected from Blue star.
I urge you to address this matter promptly and resolve it to my satisfaction. Failing to do so will leave me with no choice but to seek legal assistance or to pursue other available consumer protection avenues. I believe it is in Blue star's best interest to rectify this situation promptly to maintain its reputation as a provider of quality products and services.
