I would like to raise an issue which I am facing from one of the service providers of yours. The name for the same is Pal Refrigeration.
What is the issue?
I purchased one 1.5 ton split AC from Amazon on 17th June 2021 and it got delivered to me on 20th June 2021. After that, the installation got placed on 21st June 2021.
After this installation I faced an issue related to water leakage from my outdoor unit. First of all I am not aware whether this is a common thing or actually an issue because I got this statement from your service provider that "It is normal. The leakage will remain as it is".
What is my concern?
If the leakage was normal then why is it not mentioned to me at the time of installation by the technician? The outdoor unit is placed just above my entrance because of the leakage I am facing issues at the entrance.
I raised one request on the very next day. The ticket number is B[protected]. This issue is attended by the same technician and he mentioned to me that I have to pay Rs 250 more because they are putting some insulation tape on which I disagreed. I diagreead because I was not told about the leakage before the installation. The technician came to my place and put the tape on his own, mentioning to me that "Sir ab hamari galati hai to hum bear karnegy iska cost or kya kar sakte hain".
The issue was not resolved and I faced the leak again on the very same day. I raised one more request with the number B[protected] which was cancelled by the Pal Refrigeration mentioning the issue that I was not contacted despite the fact that I called them twice for the same and they haven't answered my call.
Then I raised one more ticket again with the number B[protected]. As I was aware that I will not be getting any call from your service provider but still I waited for 1 day and then called on my own. This time your service provider seems like he don't know how to talk to a customer. He mentioned to me "hum jaisa kar sakty the hamne krdia. Aapna tape ke paise to die nahi wo bhi hame khud lagani padi or ab ham kuch nahi kr skty. Wo leakage rahega. Apko technician ne bataya tha tab apne usse kaha ki ise yahi lagao". Then I asked him to take the technician on conference. He mentioned that he is having his lunch, I said Okay.
I haven't got any call then, though I called them twice and call was not answered.
Now today they cancelled my ticket again mentioning the same reason that I have not been contacted.
Today I raised one more ticket with the number B[protected]. I hope it will be resolved now as I am facing one more issue related to LED display of my indoor unit.
I am again and again getting mails from Blue Star that they will get back to me at the earliest but I have not been contacted till now. Also, the service agent is also not answering my call.
