Complaint ticket Ticket B[protected] A/c issue complaint against RAM Enterprises
Hi Sir/Madam,
I bought a Bluestar inverter split A/C for the past 3 weeks. I got an issue in A/C and I called customer care and raised a complaint to fix this issue and from your side you switched this complaint to RAM Enterprises in Karaikal.
From Ram Enterprises technician came to fix this issue on 1st May 2023 @ 8:00 PM and they saying outdoor unit is not working properly because of PCB board issue if replace it we can short out and we will let you know the amount and once you confirm it we will come back and fix and we asked me for service charge of RS.600/- and went."STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE INVOICE !"
From Ram Enterprises they asked me to get to know about their service rating. They needed an otp from my side and I shared my otp and they cancelled the ticket. I called the Bluestar service center and re-opened the ticket .
And again I got a call from Ram Enterprises and they said Rs.13, 000/- is a charge to fix that issue and i accepted and they came again on 05th May 2023 @10:25AM. technician changed the PCB board and while checking the issue is not fixed.Again they called the ticket.
Without finding the issue they asked me for the money and cancelling the ticket was the purpose so kindly take action against them and fix this issue as soon as possible.
And I need an invoice for service from bluestar and if the issue is not fixed kindly refund my service charges.
I need to clarify I'm still trusting Bluestar for the best service so I'm asking for service and why do they switch complaints into a third party???...
