I bought a new blue star water purifier - imperia (Ro + uv + uf + mineralizer) last week on 19/6/2019 from lulu connect kochi. Support person came for installation from an agency (No direct blue start service centre in kochi for them, they do all services thru an agency) the second day and get it installed. But just after he left, the next day morning onwards, water is dripping from the back side of the unit sometimes which made my kitchen messy and also some sounds keep coming. I feel the sensor is not sensing correctly the tank, so keep flowing the water, still not sure from where that whistling sound coming. It was not there before. Now i again called their customer care, and they raised a ticket, but nothing happened after wards. It's the second day after raising this complaint. We had to switch off the unit because of water leakage, so have to buy water from outside because of that. It's a pathetic service from blue star and i would like to return this unit asap. Lulu connect also not ready to take it back as it's already used. I'm planing to go court for not allowing me to return the unit. Was this information helpful? |
